July 1st-3rd, 2022

WHITEFISH ARTS FESTIVAL

This year will be the 43rd annual Whitefish Arts Festival. It is an event that has become a highlight for many over the 4th of July weekend and is sponsored by Whitefish Christian Academy. An annual favorite throughout the Northwest, the Whitefish Arts Festival maintains a long tradition of high quality arts and fine crafts. Whitefish is a picturesque village nestled in the Flathead Valley of Montana featuring beautiful lakes, majestic mountains, and friendly folks strolling the streets during the 4th of July weekend.

The Whitefish Arts Festival has a long history of drawing top artists and craftspeople from all over the country who work across the mediums from stellar canvas art pieces to top quality jewelry to unique sculpture and metal arts and everything in between.  Tired of shopping big box retail for beautiful home accents and boring furniture? Come out to WAF and find a one of a kind piece that you’ll be excited to showcase for years to come. Want to get a jump on your Christmas shopping? Come on out to WAF to pick up a unique gift for a friend of loved one on your list.

Just looking for something fun to do for the afternoon on your stay in Whitefish? Come on down to WAF and enjoy free admission to visit over 100 juried artists in their booths, visit our trailer food court, enjoy a fresh squeezed lemonade, or pop over to visit the train at the Amtrak station. Have a little more time? Stroll the downtown business district to find the perfect place for dinner tonight or visit the other shops and galleries (www.explorewhitefish.com) in town to complete a downtown tour.

The festival is located at Whitefish’s Depot Park on the corner of Central Avenue and Railway Street in the heart of scenic downtown Whitefish.
