Please join Sókn Engineering as we welcome Zara Rutherford the youngest woman to fly around the world solo.
Zara is 19 years old and from the UK we are honored and privileged to have her join us in the Flathead Valley.
Sokn Engineering welcomes Zara Rutherford to Montana. Witness and be a part of history in the making as Zara is the youngest woman to attempt flying around the world solo. Zara departed Belgium on August 18th on her quest to break a world record and her mission in bringing awareness to the gender gap in aviation and STEM. Zara is an inspiration to all of us.
This is a free community event, and we welcome all to come and celebrate Zara as a trailblazer from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Glacier Jet Center. Food and drink provided. Local sponsors include Glacier Jet Center, 406BBQ, MontaVino, and The Firebrand.
Our history in the making event will be held in the main hangar at The Glacier Jet Center. Food and drink are provided along with validated parking. Look forward to seeing you there!!!
