With this year’s heartwarming theme, “There’s Snow Place Like Home,” the streets of Whitefish will come alive with dazzling floats, lively music, and a sense of community that embodies the spirit of our town.

Award Categories and Judging
Are you ready to showcase your creativity and win one of the prestigious awards? Here are the categories:
- King Ullr’s Award: Best themed float overall
- Queen of the Snow’s Award: Best themed entry overall (non-float)
- Prince Frey’s Award: Best themed entry by children (non-school/daycare)
- Princess Freya’s Award: Best themed entry by children (school/daycare)
- Royal Jester’s Award: Best comical entry
- WF Chamber of Commerce Traveling Trophy: Best entry by a Whitefish business
- Royal Equestrian Awards: Best horse group and individual entries
- Royal 4-H Award: Best animal or group entry
- Royal Band Award: Best musical group
- Royal Horseless Carriage Award: Best themed antique, classic, or street rod cars
- Grand Parade Cup Award: Best overall entry
To participate, make sure your float or entry is lined up and fully staffed by 1:00 PM. Judging begins promptly at that time, with decisions made by our dedicated volunteer judges.
Beware the Yetis!
As always, the Yetis will be lurking during the parade with their mischievous antics. These playful (but sneaky) creatures are known for stirring up fun, so be on the lookout!
